Daily Task Checklist

You should perform the following tasks on a daily basis to ensure that data in your system is current and accurate. This will provide for accurate management reports.

1. Stores enter shift reports into StoreTrak and upload to the CommServer.

2. Process Retail Shift Reports

3. Enter Fuel Movements

4. Update Cost Layers

5. Consolidate Sales Data

6. Generate Daily Off-line Reports:

• Retail Fuel Profit Analysis

• Retail Period Profit Analysis
