Through the use of bold colors and graphic images, ExecuGraph reports provide you with a highly visual way to view and compare report data. ExecuGraph reports included in DataTrak include the following:
· 12 Period Fuel Gallon Sales reports
· 12 Period Fuel Dollar Sales reports
· 12 Period Merchandise Dollar Sales reports
· 12 Period Merchandise Gross Profit reports
· 12 Period Fuel Gross Profit reports
· 12 Period Fuel Margin reports
· 12 Period Merchandise Margin Percent reports
As with other DataTrak reports, ExecuGraph reports utilize the Profit Center Consolidation path to provide drill-down reporting functionality. In simple terms, this means that when you click on a parent profit center's ExecuGraph report, the system displays ExecuGraph reports for that parent's child profit centers.
Reports are static in that they are not generated at runtime. Rather, reports are generated each day when the scheduler runs the graphics report generator.
