After you create the "Customer Documents" group, you will need to assign the appropriate documents to the group. DataTrak installs with the following documents that are designed specifically for External User accounts (customers).
Only those documents that you assign to the "Customer Documents" group will be available for external users. Use the Assign Documents to Document Group maintenance function to assign these documents to the group.
