Some data alerts use offline reports in determining if an alert needs to be sent. For example, the Fuel Over/Short alert uses the Fuel Inventory report to make this determination. The Offline Report Boundary Maintenance program lets you specify if an offline report should be run for the previous month as well as the current month. See the following sample maintenance form:

Use the following steps to set an offline report boundary.
Login to the portal as "admin".
Click the Maintenance option on the portal menu. And the system displays the portal maintenance screen.
Click the Offline Report Boundary Maintenance option in the Maintenance Library tree. The right browser pane displays the Offline Report Boundary Maintenance Form.
Select the company database from the dropdown list and then click the Submit button. The form next displays the Offline Report Dropdown list.
Select the offline report for which you need to set a boundary and then click the Submit button. The report displays the Report Data for Previous Month (Y/N) dropdown list.
Select "Yes" from the list if you want to report data for both the current month and the previous month. Select "No" from the list if you want to report data for only the current month.
Click the Submit button to save the record.
