Header Tab

The header tab is the first of the two consolidation path tabs and serves three primary functions:

·        Allows you to create new consolidation paths

·        Allows you to edit an existing consolidation path

·        Allows you to delete an existing consolidation path

To access the program, select Path File Maintenance from the Advanced Financial File Maintenance Menu. Click the Add button to create a new consolidation path or click the edit button to change data for an existing consolidation path.

Consolidation Path Code Edit Box--Specify the consolidation path code. In Add mode enter a unique code, up to five alpha-numeric characters. In Edit mode, enter the path code for which you need to make changes or use the search procedure to display a list of consolidation paths that match the criteria in the Consolidation Path Code and/or Description edit boxes. When you enter a valid code, ExecuTrak automatically displays the consolidation path description.

Consolidation Path Code Search Button--Press this button to activate the search procedure and display a list of consolidation paths that match the criteria in the Consolidation Path Code and/or Description edit boxes. If you enter no criteria in the edit boxes and press this button, the list displays all existing consolidation paths. This button orders the list by code.

Consolidation Path Description Edit Box--In Add mode, enter a description for the consolidation path. You can use up to 40 alpha-numeric characters. In Edit mode, ExecuTrak automatically displays the consolidation path description when you enter a valid consolidation code. If you don't remember a consolidation path code, you can use this field to locate the path by description. Enter the description or use the search procedure to display a list of consolidation paths that match the criteria in the Consolidation Path Code and/or Description edit boxes.
